  Was given a car with no fuel and a third party ski rack that made it impossible to drop off at my destination, because of the height restriction, causing me to go over my 24 hours and find a new drop off location. I was charged a second day and my time with the car was spent trying to remove a ski rack for my 1 hour of "day 2" I was told bad information by the employees on who to contact, they told me the drop off location would refund me my deposit(not true) The drop off location in los Angeles was very helpful in trying to help me out, after calling multiple times and being told different information I was essentially told that it was my problem. Ive contacted the customer service who have been helpful and kind but this chain needs an adjustment.
