  20/20 has taken care of all my eye care needs for the last 10+ years and they will continue to. Every visit has been a very pleasant experience. I love Dr. Struatman and Dr. Ryan Zwelling. I have even need contacts in an emergency (my wedding day!) and they were willing to give me a pair to get by.

  Worst experience at an optometrist ever. Employees actively deceive you. I made an appointment explicitly to get contacts after losing my glasses and at the end of the exam they said I had to make an entirely new appointment to be screened for contacts. The employees were rude and tried to blame me for their lack of consideration. With no other option than to buy glasses as I couldn't afford to take another morning off work, I was promised a delivery of the glasses in 7 days "at the most." Unsurprisingly, after 7 business days I was informed that it will be another "few" days until the arrive.
  
  If you are in a situation where you need glasses or any sort of eye care, I would not recommend going to this clinic to anyone. I feel cheated and lied to and I am sure this experience is not limited to myself. The business has no consideration for their customers other and is not above lying to hide their poor business practice. 20./20 is a scam.
